Local Order and Delivery
Upon receipt of an order via email, we will liaise with you via email and/or telephone for
a confirmation of the order and of other necessary details.
In Singapore, products will be delivered within 10 days from the final confirmation of the order via email. For orders of S$200 and above in a single receipt,
delivery is absolutely free! A delivery charge of S$2.80 (for jewelry) or S$4.80 (for bags,
wallets and toys) will be charged for all other local delivery to
your mailing address by registered post. However, we will currently provide free delivery to
City Hall or Raffles Place MRT Station at agreed time slots for all

For the avoidance of doubt, products are delivered via registered SingPost
at S$2.80 for jewelry and S$4.80 for bags/wallets/toys to local addresses. Regardless of the quantity of items ordered, the delivery charge is only $2.80
(for jewelry) or $4.80 (for bags/wallets/toys). Therefore the more you buy, the more you save! For orders above S$200,
delivery via registered post is absolutely free.
As an illustration, if you buy a bag and a piece of jewelry, the delivery charge is
capped at only $4.80.
For registered-post orders, please indicate in your order that you would like to
make a purchase via bank transfer payment and SingPost delivery and we will email you a bank account number for you to transfer the
Singapore Dollar-amount to. We reserve the right to amend charges for such deliveries in future.
For complimentary delivery to City Hall or Raffles Place MRT
station, please ensure that you are at the arranged place at the
agreed time of delivery. If the first attempt to deliver is unsuccessful, subsequent deliveries will be charged at S$10 per trip.
Payment is only accepted in Singapore Dollars in Singapore.
If an item is not available, you will be contacted via email and/or telephone within 5 days of receipt of order
to inform you of the non-availability of the product.
You are responsible for checking the products purchased upon delivery. Any requests for returns or exchanges after delivery will not be entertained.
Please ask questions or seek clarification if you have any
doubts, we will be most happy to hear from you.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.
International Order
Please email order@purpleanemone.com for international orders.
You are responsible for all charges, including but not limited to delivery charges and duties in connection with
your purchase.
We accept payment by Paypal only. Upon receipt of your order email, we will send you the Paypal account for the amount to be paid into.
Delivery of jewelry to the United States is US$4.00 for an order
(up to 5 pieces of jewelry).
We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.
Payment
For Singapore deliveries to City Hall and Raffles Place, only cash (Singapore currency) on delivery is accepted. Please prepare exact amounts for payment upon delivery.
For local delivery via registered post, payment via bank transfer is required before delivery. Any items not paid within
2 days of confirmation of order will be returned to the online shop for sale.
