Local Order and Delivery

Upon receipt of orders via email, we will liaise with customers via email and/or telephone for confirmations of the order and other necessary details.

In Singapore, products will be delivered within 10 days from the final confirmation of the order via email. For orders of S$200 and above in a single receipt, delivery is absolutely free! A delivery charge of S$2.80 (for jewellery) or S$4.80 (for bags) will be charged for all other local delivery to your address. However, we will currently provide free delivery to the City Hall or Raffles Place MRT station at agreed time slots for all deliveries. We reserve the right to charge for all orders in future.

Products are delivered via registered SingPost for S$2.80 for jewelry and S$4.80 for bags for local addresses. Regardless of the quantity of items ordered, the delivery charge is only $2.80 (for jewelry) or $4.80 (for bags)  so the more you buy, the more you save! For orders above S$200, delivery is absolutely free.

If you buy a bag and a jewelry, the delivery charge is only $4.80.

For such orders, please indicate in your order that you would like to purchase via bank transfer payment and SingPost delivery and we would email you a bank account number for you to transfer the S$ amount to. We reserve the right to amend charges for such delivery in future.

For FOC delivery to City Hall or Raffles Place, please ensure that customers are at the arranged place at the arranged time of delivery. If the first attempt to deliver is unsuccessful, subsequent deliveries will be charged at S$10 per trip. Payment is only accepted in Singapore Dollars in Singapore.

If an order is not available, we will contact customers via email and/or telephone within 5 days of receipt of order.

Customers are responsible for checking the products purchased upon delivery. Any requests for returns or exchanges after delivery will not be entertained.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.

International Order

Please email order@purpleanemone.com for international orders. Customers are responsible for all charges, including but not limited to delivery charges and duties in connection with their purchase.

We accept payment by Paypal only. Upon receipt of your order email, we will send you the Paypal account for the amount to be paid into.

Delivery of jewelry to the United States is US$4.00 for an order (up to 5 pieces of jewelry).

We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders.

Payment

For Singapore deliveries to City Hall and Raffles Place, only cash (Singapore currency) on delivery is accepted. Please prepare exact amounts for payment upon delivery.

For local delivery via registered post, payment via bank transfer is required before delivery. Any items not paid within 3 days of confirmation of order will be returned to the online shop for sale.

1. The above and following terms and conditions constitute Terms and Conditions for use of this website. The Terms and Conditions may be changed, added or deleted any time. By accessing this site, you accept, without limitations or qualifications, the Terms and Conditions herein.
2. Purple Anemone reserves the right to amend prices at its own discretion without explanation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Purple Anemone strives to provide an accurate description of each product on this website. Measurements are estimations while colours are as accurately described as possible. As the products are handmade, the products are not identical and may vary from item to item. Please note that colours may differ depending on the respective customers' computer screens. This site may have typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Purple Anemone reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order is submitted.
