1. Do you provide gift-wrapping services?

All our accessories are lovingly packaged in an exclusive PurpleAnemone royal purple satin pouch.

If you require the accessories to be wrapped in a gift box or in a gift wrap, we are happy to do so. We have a wide range of complimentary packaging that you can choose from. Just select the desired gift packaging from the "Gift Ideas" section and it will be included FOC with your order.

2. Do you have gift tags for sale?

No, the gift tags are not for sale. Complimentary limited edition PurpleAnemone small gift cards are given to you free according to the number of items purchased if you indicate that you want them in the order form.

3. How do I know if my order has been received?

After you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order information. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please send an email to order@purpleanemone.com and we will gladly handle your order directly.

4. Are the products exchangeable or refundable?

All sales are final. We do not exchange or refund any purchase.

5. What is your privacy policy?

We respect your privacy and do not trade, share or disclose any of your information to other companies.

6. Do you do customisation of accessories?

Yes, we'd love to do that! If you have any design ideas, we will be happy to discuss and create a special piece just for you. Email us at infor@purpleanemone.com with "Customisation" in the subject title.

7. I heard that you made your own wedding accessories. Tell me more about it.

Definitely! I designed and made my own wedding accessories for our wedding last year: I made a dramatic and chunky black necklace with large textured gold beads to match my white and black zippered gown. For my red tartan gown with black lace, I paired it with a black glittery rock-chic bracelet, complete with sparkling crystals.

There are 2 main ideals in my design philosophy for wedding accessories:

1. Create unique accessories and not the usual dainty (aka run-of-the-mill) crystal accessories; and

2. Make wedding accessories that are wearable even after the wedding. You would enjoy wearing them with jeans or with a smart casual outfit for a night out with the girls.

Care Tips

By taking good care of your accessories, they can be enjoyed for years to come:

1. Clean the accessories using a clean dry cloth after every use.

2. 925 silver accesories can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth. They will look as good as new after each cleaning session.

3. Keep the accessories in the zippered-closure bag and pouch provided, after use.

4. Do not spray perfume or any other alcohol/ oil-based liquids at or near the accessories.

5. We know you love wearing the accessories but please remove them before showering or swimming.
